FAR INFRARED REIKI
Everything included in our Signature Reiki session but on a Far Infrared Healing Mat! This multilayer health system combines the healing benefits of the Earth and Sun: crystals, light, air and water; synergized in one unique therapeutic application.
● Far infrared is the Sun Spectrum’s most healing radiant heat.
● Red light is a non-heating 660NM wavelength to help increase collagen synthesis for a full-body skin rejuvenation.
● Deeply penetrating Far Infrareds are amplified and structured with the superconductor properties of Amethyst, Jade and Tourmaline crystals.

Reiki is an energy healing method rooted in ancient Japanese culture. Reiki uses the universal life force energy which is channeled through the practitioner directly into different areas of the body that have imbalances and energy blocks. Your Reiki Master will channel the healing energy to clear out these energy blocks and balance your energy centers which can lead to improving your overall health. You may experience a release of trapped emotions, allowing you to let go of energy that may be creating physical symptoms or pain or stress. Reiki is a very relaxing and noninvasive energetic therapy that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after just one session. Before each session, the Reiki practitioner or master will make sure that the room is cleansed e energetically. Our qualified reiki practitioner will start face to face with you to set expectations for the session and create a treatment plan tailored to you. You may describe any ailments and/or circumstances that you need help with. You’ll then lay down on the treatment table fully clothed as relaxing music plays. As the session progresses you’ll find yourself settling into a deeply relaxing and healing state.

THAI STRETCH THERAPY
Thai massage, also known as Thai Yoga Massage, or informally known as “the lazy person’s yoga”. This form of therapy combines assisted yoga type maneuvers along with acupressure techniques, muscle kneading, and compression. On a large cushioned mat low on the floor, your therapist will utilize both their hands and their feet to apply the massage. You will remain fully dressed for this treatment, which allows for maximum mobility in the passive stretches performed throughout the massage. Earth & Sea Scrub

This invigoration & relaxing body treatment begins with sensory preparation, to activate the body’s relaxation response. Warm seaweed gel will then be applied to prepare the body for exfoliation. Sea salts harvested from around the world will be utilized to buff away rough dry & dull skin. A blissful application of anti-aging body balm & Undaria Algae Body Oil will be massaged into the whole body to follow. This treatment is concluded with an 8 wave ritual and breath work to further relaxation while recruiting the mind & spirit to support the session’s effectiveness.

BODY & SOUND HEALING THERAPY
Experience a unique blend of sound therapy and bodywork to achieve harmonic balance in both body and spirit. During a session our therapist intuits the flow of the session based on the client’s intentions and current energetic state. Our certified therapist will use tuning forks on and around the body including acu-points, muscle groups, trigger points, and reflex points, to create kinetic movement, reroute stagnant energy, relax muscular tension, relieve pain, reduce swelling, nourish Qi, relax the adrenals, and soothe irritated nerves. Guests may feel the vibrations as gentle pulses or waves pass through the body. In seconds, the body will enter a deep state of relaxation and the client will feel centered and at peace. LDM may boost the immune system, reduce swelling and inflammation, improve cellulitis, stimulate the digestive system, and flush toxins from the body. This may be performed post-surgery with doctor’s authorization. Mamas can relax and release into deep tranquility while the body transforms for baby.
Postnatal Massage: Perfect for both natural and C-section birthers. The goal of this massage is to help mothers speed up postpartum recovery, reduce swelling and stress, help regulate hormones, reduce anxiety and depression, and improve sleep.
